Meeting and Online Interpreting

How to process a written translation:

1. Send the translating document in MS Word format to: tomoko79@gmail.com with subject: document to translate – your name.
2. We will send you an invoice of the translated document after processing your document.
3. The fee must be paid in advance depending on the price listed on the invoice.

How to process a meeting and online interpreting:

1. Send your email to : tomoko79@gmail.com to make an appointment about online meeting/conference, with email subject: interpreting translator – your name.
2. We will send you an invoice for the first interpreting hour. (1 hour minimum interpreting)
3. The fee is paid in advance depending on the price listed on the invoice.
4. Other conditions: If the meeting is finished earlier than 1 hour then it is counted as 1 hour meeting. If the meeting is finished more than 1 hour then the rest of the interpreting time will be counted afterwards.
